Our hand scooped fruit chocolate and fruit pralines are the result of high quality ingredients and gentle processing. Thatīs how we create a totally new fruit experience and refine local fruit with high quality chocolate.

The fruit is extracted ice crystals in our freeze drying machine. Freeze drying is characterized by the fact that some natural favours stand out even more than in fresh fruits. Vitamins, trace elements, mineral nutrients and the shape of the fruits remain more or less like in a fresh fruit.

Itīs good to know where the products come from when you enjoy eating high quality chocolate. We document with the brand “von hier natürlich” that our fruits come from the nearest surroundings and that the processing is made by us in our house! This principle is essential for us because of the following reasons:  von hier natürlich
  • We can only ensure the best quality when fruits are being harvested and thatīs very important for some fruits. (e.g. strawberries)
  • Regionality has advantages for the regional economic process and in addition it is environment-friendly
