Die Schokoladen sind fruchtig gefüllt. Der Anteil der frischen Früchte dabei ist im Verhältnis relativ hoch. Der fruchtige Geschmack der Füllmasse wird nochmals verstärkt indem in der Füllmasse gefriergetrocknete Früchte eingearbeitet sind. Alle Sorten sind natürlich Fairtrade certifiziert (abgekürzt mit FT. Certif.)
